TechAccess™ Publicity

TechAccess™ Publicity is a new business tool developed by Flanagan Advertising in the late 1980’s. In developing the TechAccess approach, the agency has evolved publicity from being in the category of a throw away type of activity and has made it a forceful new business tool, but without the expense that is incurred by paid advertising.
